Avoid ATM Surcharges
Alliance One is a nationwide cooperative group of credit unions, small community banks and thrifts that have joined to let their cardholders access each others’ ATMs all over America without having to pay ATM surcharges. Southeastern Ohio Credit Union has become a member of Alliance One in order that our members may have access to surcharge free ATM’s wherever available. Locally we have found Alliance One Star ATM machines in Athens, Zanesville, Nelsonville, The Plains, Steubenville, Heath, Wintersville, St. Mary’s, Alma, Middlebourne, Friendly, Chester, Wheeling, Wellsburg and Weirton. WEB ACCESS Internet Banking is here!

WEB ACCESS is Southeastern Ohio Credit Union's online account access service. Transfer money, view balances, verify cleared checks and much more. WEB ACCESS has been designed to be easy to operate by both beginner and advanced computer users. Best of all, it's free to our members.

New Phone Service

Try our new 24-hour automated phone service. To verify account balances, transfer funds between accounts, or review your account activity from any touch-tone phone, call 1-866-GO4-SOCU (1-866-464-7628).

Simply dial the number and follow the prompts. When the system asks for an Account Number, enter your member number as it appears on your statement, followed by the pound (#) sign. If it is your first time to use the system, when it asks for the Personal Identification Number (PIN), enter the last 4 digits of your social security number. The system will then ask you to change this PIN to another 4-digit number. After you have changed your PIN, follow the instructions to access your account(s). Enter 00 for your savings suffix and 05 for your checking account suffix. Please give us a call if you have any questions. Remember 1-866-GO4-SOCU!

MasterCard® SecureCode™ makes your Internet transactions safer.
MasterCard® SecureCode™ is a new service from MasterCard and Southeastern Ohio Credit Union that provides added protection when you buy online at participating merchants. You choose your own personal SecureCode™ that provides added protection against unauthorized use of your MasterCard® or Maestro® card when shopping online at participating MasterCard SecureCode merchants.
